2005 Korea Training Tour
At the very beginning of this year, Master No together with selected members of the Joon No's Taekwondo "Tiger Team" visited Korean to take part in our annual Training Camp.
Our visit to Korea was an enjoyable and very successful one. Everyone trained very hard three times a day with dedication, and learned first hand the hard work, determination and mental self control that is required in becoming a successful international Taekwondo athlete.
We visited and trained in various places including: Yeosu High School, Kang Won Physical Education High School in Chuncheon, the Yong-In University in Yong-In, the Kyungwon University in Seoul, and at the Korean National University of Physical Education in Seoul. During the course of our stay, a popular sports newspaper interviewed us, and the reviews were noteworthy.
Our training schedule was very tight, vigorous, challenging and at times "far and beyond". All students performed extremely well, pushing themselves beyond their personal limits.
We also managed to "fit in" sightseeing which included a day of serious mountain climbing to finally arrive at a magical temple in Chuncheon. Our visit to the Sauna on that night was most beneficial. On the last couple of days we indulged in some extreme shopping at the department stores by day and night- markets etc. by night, karaoke and some fun at the theme park. All in all we had a wonderful time, and came home to relax!
To conclude, our training camp was extremely successful, and the Taekwondo students that attended experienced a memorable opportunity that will develop their personal goals and achievements.
