As Head Coach of the Australian Male Team, Grandmaster No led the Australian team to Turkey for the 7th World Junior Championships. The event was held over five days from 7 to 11 May in Izmir, Turkey.
The biennial event attracted more than 1,000 athletes and officials from a record 80 countries.
Joon No's Taekwondo, once again, was the best represented club in Australia with 3 athletes in the Australian Team.
Facing tough competition from around the world, Jasmine Hocking, Adrian Chee and Jerome Tseitlin fought their best. Though no medals were won, Grandmaster No was pleased with their performances, "It was a great opportunity and experience for them, and they will improve and do well in the near future."
