Taekwondo Australia assist Tonga
In his opening remarks the Secretary General welcomed Grand Master Joon No (8th Dan), the International Taekwondo expert from Melbourne Australia who has come to conduct the Seminar. He also referred to the hard work done by Master Baik in past years. Particularly success of his Taekwondo Team at the Pacific Games in Samoa 2007. Baik’s present aim is to achieve gold in the 2012 Olympic Games in London. This seminar is also in preparation for the 2015 Pacific Games in Tonga. Grandmaster Joon No began his first session by stressing the importance of discipline and determination. According to the Program the Seminar Sessions include Patterns, Sparring, and Refereeing. In addition there will be updates on the new WTF competition rules, together with demonstration of the electronic protection. On the second day there will be demonstration by the Tonga National Taekwondo Association Team where the parents, friends and the Press will be invited. Last Modified on 18/06/2009 13:40
