Taekwondo is a Korean Sport that the Korean people have grown up with throughout their history. Taekwondo is a sport that exercises the whole body and is also an Olympic sport. It is more than physical strength. Taekwondo's traditional aspects are : Honour, Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, Courage, Modesty and Compassion.
Taekwondo to me means : to exercise, improve my flexibility, lots of fun, self defence and self confidence and I will have Taekwondo for life.
Sometimes when I go to class and try my hardest, I feel that I have improved a lot since I first started so I thank Terry, Adrian, Dongmin and especially Mr No for training me and for Mum and Dad for taking me to every class and back home again.
